Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on financial services and insurance industries
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and driving large, complex deals
- Deep knowledge of financial services and insurance operations, challenges, and digital transformation trends
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree a plus

- We are looking for an individual that understands Financial Services & Insurance technology and can represent Ushur to our customers as a top-tier enterprise software sales professional
- This role reports to our CRO
- This position will require about 30% travel
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting financial services and insurance clients to achieve revenue goals
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations to build a robust pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deliver tailored client solutions
- Conduct impactful presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our platform
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Track performance metrics and report on key outcomes to senior leadership
