Who you are

8+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on financial services and insurance industries
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and driving large, complex deals
Deep knowledge of financial services and insurance operations, challenges, and digital transformation trends
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree a plus

We are looking for an individual that understands Financial Services & Insurance technology and can represent Ushur to our customers as a top-tier enterprise software sales professional
This role reports to our CRO
This position will require about 30% travel
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting financial services and insurance clients to achieve revenue goals
Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations to build a robust pipeline
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deliver tailored client solutions
Conduct impactful presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our platform
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs
Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
Track performance metrics and report on key outcomes to senior leadership
