Our take
Fully remote and hybrid workforces have become the norm despite easing of COVID-19 social distancing restrictions due to the location and working hours flexibility that it provides. However, it comes with several challenges including organizing meetings, maintaining data confidentiality, and scheduling remote tasks, with existing management platforms being rendered useless due to their focus on in-person workspaces.
m-work provides a remote and hybrid workforce scheduling application for businesses, HR teams, managers, and their employees, helping users to schedule meetings, collaborate on tasks, and identify when in-person work is required. The platform is designed to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained and that location data and other sensitive information are completely confidential.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, companies have begun to use many remote work scheduling platforms, but these are limited in terms of data confidentially and hybrid organisational tools, something that m-work has been smart to recognise. The company claims that its platform will help businesses to maintain the flexibility of remote work whilst improving team engagement, workplace culture, schedule clarity, and privacy.
