Who you are

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the GTM Analytics team
3-4+ years of experience in analytics, data operations, consulting, or similar roles
Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex analyses and insights to senior leadership, translating technical details into strategic recommendations
Deep passion for data-driven problem-solving, with advanced proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and visual analytics tools (e.g., Looker)
Proven ability to design and build scalable data pipelines, models, dashboards, and visualizations that support a rapidly growing, agile business environment
Familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, or Looker is valued, but not required—willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools is essential

What the job involves

Our Go-To-Market (GTM) Analytics team plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our organization
As Wiz continues to scale at an extraordinary rate, the need for actionable insights and data-driven strategies has never been greater
Reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Analytics, the Senior GTM Data Analyst will act as the key Analytics business partner for the Marketing organization, driving decision-making by owning key models, dashboards, delivering ad-hoc analysis, and providing insights that directly impact marketing effectiveness and growth strategies
This role will be instrumental in helping the Marketing team harness data to make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions
Act as the primary analytics partner for Marketing, collaborating closely with leadership, operations, and analytics peers to provide actionable insights that shape strategy and execution
Define, track, and continuously refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and models, conducting deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities and drive marketing performance
Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting solutions, ensuring rapid access to accurate and meaningful insights that empower data-driven decision-making
Partner closely with IT and BI Stakeholders to build and maintain a robust data infrastructure, emphasizing data quality, accessibility, and reliability to support evolving analytics needs
Align with Finance and Marketing teams to standardize data definitions, methodologies, and reporting practices, ensuring cohesive decision-making across departments
Represent Analytics in cross-functional initiatives, advocating for data-informed decisions and scalable solutions aligned with business priorities

Our take

Originally founded in Israel – a hotbed for rapid growth cybersecurity companies of late – Wiz hit the headlines when it became the world’s fastest growing software company in Summer 2022. Incredibly, the company clocked up $180 million in annual recurring revenue in under two years since launching its first product, boasting major customers like Salesforce, Slack, BMW, and Asos.

It’s impressive enough that the startup was able to attract hundreds of millions in investment so early in its lifespan, but the fact that it was co-founded by a team of former Microsoft executives no doubt helped on this front. However, to generate this kind of revenue so soon is extremely rare.

The company has fueled its growth with aggressive hiring and product expansion, adding modules for Container and Kubernetes security, DSPM, and CDR - enabling organizations to further consolidate their cloud security program into a single, fully comprehensive platform.

Following its early 2023 Series D funding round, the company has reached a $10 billion valuation, officially making it the world's largest cybersecurity unicorn and it is the fastest SaaS company to achieve such a valuation.
