- You have 3-5 years of experience in Sales

- You have strong networking skills and enjoy face to face interactions
- You have experience in payments/ fintech/ SaaS (required)
- You are a native English speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills

What the job involves
- Convious is looking for an Account Executive (AE) to join our energetic team and build out the UK market
- As an AE at Convious, you are responsible for managing the entire deal cycle: finding new leads, creating new business opportunities and signing new partners to our platform
- You will be building up your pipeline through structured and creative outbound prospecting and working on qualified inbound leads
- As our new AE, you will be part of an international team, based in the heart of Amsterdam
- Responsibility for the full sales cycle resulting in the closing of new partners and venues every month
- Outbound prospecting based on a Target Account List, through outbound email sequences, cold calling, and in-person events
- Build and manager your funnel in a structured manner - using Meddic / BANT to qualify and the challenger sales method further in the process
- Collaborate with (technical) Onboarding/ Pre-Sales and Risk/ Finance early on in the sales process to speed up the process of going live and to make sure the partner is taken care of throughout the Sales and Onboarding process
- Work closely with the Marketing and the Product team to further tailor our offerings towards the UK market - ensuring that our products and services resonate with local needs and preferences
- Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and build a decent and qualified funnel
- Utilize Hubspot, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), cold calls, and email to reach prospect
- Close new deals and hit your targets
- Report to Head of Sales with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
