• Experienced in in-house full-cycle recruiting within multinational hi-tech corporations
• Demonstrable track record in recruiting for a variety of non-tech/tech roles and levels
• Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment
• Proficiently handle multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
• Experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global business units and regions
• This position requires the incumbent to have a sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges in this language
