What the job involves
- You’ll be on the front line, reaching out to potential clients, and playing a critical role in driving the growth of PayFit UK
- Day to day, you’ll be prospecting, raising awareness around PayFit and qualifying new opportunities with senior decision makers
- Prospecting and building the sales pipeline for the Account Executive team by engaging with prospects by phone, email, social media and through online events
- We encourage creativity and strategic thinking when it comes to outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls, video-mails, events) to generate leads on well-identified target markets
- Identifying the key decision makers and determining how PayFit can solve their challenges
- Understanding and delivering our value proposition for a wide range of industries, personas and pain points
- Converting outbound leads into qualified prospects for the Account Executive team to meet with
- Managing data in our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all communications are logged and kept up to date
- Sharing ideas and best practices with the team to contribute to PayFit UK growth
- Your Future Manager, Ella Vallance, has 3 years experience in SaaS Sales and has led SDR teams across multiple different markets

Payfit has had no trouble securing institutional funding as the company has had no problems with revenue. In fact, Payfit has yet to have a year without revenue increase since its inception. Payfit's 2022 funding round will be used to diversify its suite of products and partner with other companies to improve its customer service.
