Who you are
- Experience of building marketing reports to show performance across both efficiency and effectiveness measures, using multiple data extraction and manipulation tools to build performance reports e.g., Adobe, Qlik, Excel, PowerPoint
- Highly organised and able to work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Analytical skills, with good attention to detail, to support Performance Lead / Performance Manager with campaign reporting and performance insights
- Strong people skills and enjoy developing strong, collaborative internal and external relationships
- A positive teamwork ethic – happy to support colleagues when needed
What the job involves
- Be a part of our Marketing Planning and Performance team
- This role sits within the Customer and Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE). The Marketing CoE is made up of five specialist teams - Marketing Planning and Performance; CRM, Content and Creative; Digital Marketing and Media; Customer Insight and Research; the team will lead on all marketing activity
- Support the General Insurance, Direct Protection and Direct Health Go to Market (GTM) areas
- Be responsible for contributing to the creation and maintenance of performance dashboards for Direct and B2B activity; building views of marketing performance for activity across acquisition, cross sell, customer engagement and retention campaigns; sharing outputs with key stakeholders in CoE and GTM teams
- Most of our people are smart working –spending around 50% of their time in our offices every week

This exemplifies Aviva’s renewed focus on the fintech sector, all whilst playing national analyst during the cost of living crisis thanks to its annual Age of Ambiguity study.
