• We don’t do “nice content”. We build content that drives attention, engagement and ultimately revenue
• This role is for someone who knows how to make brands feel native to TikTok and consistently create viral moments
• Own social strategy across key client accounts
• Define what content gets made, why and how it performs
• Build clear content frameworks focused on:

• Conversion
• Turn brand goals into scalable content output
• Lead the creation of viral-first TikTok content
• Develop big creative ideas, not just trends
• Drive formats such as:
• Team-led content

• This is not a scheduling role. This is a creative + performance role
• Direct shoots, content days and campaign activations
• Work closely with creators and internal teams
• Ensure output is:

• Work with content creators and editors to raise standards
• Give clear feedback and direction
