What the job involves
- Our Marketing team is expanding, and we’re excited to bring on a Director of Demand Generation to take ownership of developing and executing strategies that drive pipeline growth
- In this role, you’ll work closely with the CMO and lead a skilled, high-potential team focused on engaging prospects at the earliest stages of their journey, creating a strong foundation for long-term success and sales impact
- Lead strategic demand generation initiatives: Define, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, and more) to drive brand awareness, lead acquisition, and sales pipeline growth
- Optimize marketing automation systems: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of a marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) to segment audiences, deliver personalized campaigns, automate lead scoring, and track performance through comprehensive data analysis and reporting
- Develop targeted nurture programs: Create and manage end-to-end lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects, accelerate pipeline movement, and improve conversion and win rates, ensuring a seamless transition between marketing and sales
- Develop process for multi-touch attribution: Partner with RevOps to design and implement a multi-touch attribution model, ensuring that marketing efforts are effectively measured and aligned with sales outcomes, facilitating data-driven decision-making
- Align sales and marketing for revenue impact: Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to ensure alignment on lead quality, timely follow-up strategies, and continuous feedback loops that optimize pipeline velocity and drive toward shared revenue targets
- Build and mentor a high-performing team: Develop, coach, and scale the Demand Generation team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity and results-driven performance
- You'll have a direct impact on OfferFit’s revenue growth, leading a critical function that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and RevOps. This is a high-visibility role with the potential to shape the future of the company’s go-to-market strategies
- OfferFit is at the forefront of AI decisioning technology, providing a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge solutions that are transforming the way businesses approach customer engagement and marketing
- You'll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation, learning, and continuous improvement
- Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events
- Ability to primarily overlap with North America time zones
- Strong fluency in English, both written and verbal
