What the job involves
- Reporting to: Sam Hyde
- As we accelerate into 2025, we’re kicking off an exciting new chapter: building our first-ever Sales Development function in the UK and US, and you could be the trailblazer—the first SDR in the US to join our team!
- This is your chance to lay the foundation, shape the strategy, and make a massive impact as you help build our US SDR function from scratch
- Open doors and spark interest within our target accounts, driving awareness and excitement about hx Renew
- Develop trust and rapport with prospects to grow a thriving community of actuaries, underwriters, and developers
- Book high-quality meetings for the sales team and turn marketing efforts—like events and webinars—into tangible opportunities
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and improve campaigns

The product has broad applications, but the company's initial focus is on speciality insurance, a sector the founders know well, having worked there for more than a decade.

And its newest launch, hx AI, blends powerful AI with its core platform to help insurers build smarter models, faster.
