Senior Partner Marketing Manager, Fundraise Up

• A minimum of 7 years experience as a project / program manager
• Experience working with non-profit organizations
• Experience working closely with sales, CS, and ops teams
• Hands-on experience project managing initiatives from start to finish
• Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn new tools quickly and self-sufficiently
• Understand marketing, sales, and business processes
• Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment

• At Fundraise Up our network of agency and technology partners play a critical role in expanding our reach, offerings, expertise, and revenue
• In this role you will help Fundraise Up build opportunities for awareness and generate demand within our partner channels, while supporting the partnerships team in achieving our GTM goals
• Design and operationalize a strategy for GTM alignment with our partners
• Produce partner-related content and programs that drive aligned demand
• Identify, plan and execute memorable event experiences that align to business goals
• Act as the main interface between the partnership and marketing teams
• Track and report on impact of partner marketing efforts and optimize
• Work with partner managers to create quarterly partner plans that generate market awareness and drive opportunities
• Maintain positive and productive relationships with key partners
• Offer strategic recommendations for existing and new partner opportunities
