Data Analyst, EtherMail

• Strong analytical skills with experience in using statistical tools and business intelligence software (e.g., SQL, MongoDB, Tableau, Power BI)
• Implementing new ETL flows in Python
• Define and follow-up KPIs so that business performance and user behaviour can be assessed and compared over periods of time
• Proficient in managing large datasets and comfortable with extracting and aggregating data from various sources
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex datasets into understandable and actionable insights
• Proactive and independent, able to identify and execute tasks to advance the business agenda
• Familiarity with blockchain, web3 technologies, and the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable

• Create and maintain rich interactive visualisations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
• Work with cross-functional teams to address business issues and provide data insights that support decision-making
• Translate business needs into end-user friendly reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Monitor analytics and metrics results, presenting key data findings to senior management to support strategic decisions
