Our take

Data annotation – labelling data so that machines can understand it – is a vital process in supervised machine learning. However, the intelligent annotation of data can be a time-consuming activity, and is complicated for data in image or video format. SuperAnnotate supplies a platform to annotate, version, and manage ground truth data for AI quickly and effectively, accelerating AI pipelines and the machine learning process.

SuperAnnotate, founded in 2018, boasts the fastest annotation toolset for training AI. As well as working with text data, the platform annotates images and videos at speed through the company’s computer vision technology. It offers multi-level, comprehensive quality management to ensure its clients build the best and most true training data, and the process can be employed at scale with impressive affordability for a product in this market.

And it's making waves with some serious names on its client like, including LG and IBM. Backed by various rounds of funding too, the company is gearing up to accelerate its growth as a key player in enterprise generative AI (GenAI) dataset creation, management, and orchestration,
