- 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B, with a focus on demand generation, product marketing, or a combination of both

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Head of Marketing with a strong background in demand generation or product marketing to drive our growth. This role is perfect for a builder at heart who can seamlessly balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, leveraging their expertise to build and optimize marketing programs that fuel customer acquisition and engagement. This position works closely with the CEO
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to achieve aggressive growth goals
- Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and product roadmaps
- Establish and manage KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs
- Build, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, webinars, and other demand generation channels
- Design and manage lead generation and nurturing programs to drive conversions through the marketing funnel
- Own performance metrics such as MQLs, CAC, and conversion rates, ensuring a strong pipeline for sales
- Develop compelling messaging and positioning for our products that resonate with target audiences
- Enable the sales team with collateral, presentations, and competitive insights to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends
- Partner with product teams to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and releases
- Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends
- Use data to inform decisions, optimize strategies, and communicate results to stakeholders
- Continuously experiment with new tactics and channels to uncover opportunities for growth
