Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, brand management, real estate, or related field
- Experience in leading projects from instigation to completion
- Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, Canva and Dynamics CRM software or similar software
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary settings and working in partnership with other professionals, agencies/organisations and a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to think creatively
- Experience with social media content creation (especially TikTok) – proven experience required with managing LinkedIn and Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter accounts
- Strong creative and editorial skills, with a proven ability to create and adapt content and copy to fit a target audience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks while working under pressure
- Ability to sustain a high level of energy & concentration
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

What the job involves
- Be responsible for supporting the implementation of the strategy set out by the Marketing & Communications Lead
- Create compelling content across a range of channels (internal and external), actively planning and executing multi-faceted marketing campaigns, researching market trends to identify best practice, competitor activity and clients preferences
- Play a key role in promoting the company's culture and values ad organising internal events
- Play a pivotal role in improving Mount Street's brand presence, awareness and marketing efforts to generate leads through the Business Development Team
- Work with the Marketing and Communication Lead to ensure the smooth running of the day-today operations of the department
- Lead the development of performance reports, collating insights and information from relevant Stakeholders and the market to provide to senior management and the wider global organisation
- Liaise with other teams in all countries where the Group is present to ensure brand consistency in visuals and messaging - be the brand advocate and top ambassador, leading by example
- Contribute to the planning, development and implementation of PR strategies and media campaigns in the US - this will be done with the help of an external agency/freelance
- Identify and liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes and organise printing of materials at Group level (for banners, merchandising, etc.)
- Support in researching, planning and executing internal company events – this will involve a close collaboration with other departments (HR, Admin, etc,)
- Contribute to the creation of relevant content for the other departments (PPT, One-pager, pitch documents, brochures, business cards, email campaign, etc.)
- Propose themes, and video ideas to develop regular content across our intranet and our social media platforms with a focus on launching our TikTok account to attract more graduates
- Manage our social media platforms – this includes content creation, moderation, and monthly reporting
- Proofread - and update with the latest data when applicable - different materials proposed across the teams/departments
- Liaise and support the collaboration with our external agencies/freelancers (PR, Marketing, Designers, etc.)
- Manage and create marketing materials and visuals
