Role
Who you are
- 1-2 Years of work experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Experienced with cold calling to generate SaaS client leads (Healthcare a plus)
- Experience calling into ambulatory environments (preferred)

What the job involves
- Place outbound phone calls to prospective physicians, practices, and support staff at physician offices, multi-specialty clinics, and other ambulatory provider sites
- Nurture new marketing leads by educating them on the benefits or Parachute, demo the Platform, and ultimately sign new accounts to support our DME supplier expansion
- Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of facility opportunities through cold calling, follow-up calls, and emails
- Close the sale of accounts, sign up all available users, train the users how to use Parachute, and then pass to the Parachute Activation Team to support continued use
- Act as the subject matter expert on our product offerings/solution development skills with new ambulatory clients
- Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
- Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application

Millions of patients are prescribed care via fax, a process that sees a huge majority of orders derailed or lost - which has a substantial knock-on effect on the health and finances of patients whose care is therefore hobbled. This is why Parachute Health is taking DME ordering digital.
The Parachute Health platform allows healthcare providers to place digital orders almost instantaneously, which can be seen and directly processed by suppliers; the order can then be tracked by all parties, with additional tools available to help manage inventory and pull out analytics whilst staying HIPAA-compliant.
With the platform now active across all 50 US states, and supporting tens of thousand of facilities across the country, it is clear Parachute Health has already benefitted from the digital overhaul sweeping through the healthcare industry.
