Who you are
- Possess 5-7 years of experience in Market Research with extensive customer-facing interaction
- Demonstrate a passion for cultivating long-term customer relationships and exceeding sales goals
- Showcase exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with strong organization and project planning abilities
- Exhibit adeptness in working with diverse customer profiles, from Procurement to CEO to R&D and Consumer Insights
- Possess the ability to establish strong rapport and credibility both externally and internally across the organization

What the job involves
- As a Strategic Account Director focused on comprehensive account health including both renewals and expansion of accounts, you play a pivotal role as a trusted advisor to our strategic customers, driving business transformation and amplifying Highlight's impact
- Account Management: Proactively manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
- Renewal Management: Develop and implement strategies to ensure high customer renewal rates. This includes proactive risk mitigation, addressing customer concerns, and communicating the ongoing value of our products/services
- Research Roadmapping: Lead the development of research roadmaps to support renewal, expansion, and retention of strategic Highlight customers with a focus on software & platform adoption
- Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand existing accounts. This may involve identifying new use cases for our offerings or proposing strategic upgrades, identifying new buying centers, and developing creative contract structures to support the unique needs of our customers
- Customer Success Strategies: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop customized success plans. This includes setting expectations, identifying KPIs, and monitoring progress
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our research operations and execution team to ensure success across each and every engagement. Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and strategic accounts, championing overall revenue growth and success
- Relationship Building: Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders within customer accounts
- Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, internal teams, and leadership. This includes providing regular updates on account health, renewal forecasts, and growth opportunities
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize CRM and customer data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making including proactive ownership of Account Health leading indicators
