• We are currently seeking a Director of Data Engineering to join our Data Engineering team
• The team builds internal infrastructure which enables access to analytical data about Clio's business as well as external infrastructure to help our customers derive insights and make business decisions about the operations of their firm. Externally and internally, this team helps power business decisions from the tactical to the strategic

• Directly supervise, mentor, and collaborate with data engineering managers and contributors who are in the thick of it every day
• Navigate Clio to distill requirements, find friction points, and ultimately deliver impactful internal solutions that provide understanding and power decision-making
• Partner with Clio’s product development teams to ensure that all of Clio’s products are able to provide actionable business insights for the legal firms that use them
• Work closely with the recruiting/people team to actively recruit and hire top talent to support Clio’s ambitious growth plans for our infrastructure and development teams
