Role
Who you are
- Previous work within an exposure management/risk aggregation function would be highly advantageous
- Knowledge and professional working experience of Tyche or a DFA tool, e.g. Igloo or similar is required
Desirable
- This role would ideally suit a part-qualified actuary [not essential, with a good understanding of the Lloyds insurance market and an interest in emerging data science techniques.
What the job involves
- On a daily basis you'll work to analyse large data sets to extract insights related to exposure, risk and regulatory compliance working to identify trends, anomalies and areas of concern in both regulatory and internal reporting
- You'll develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy and timelines of internal and regulatory reporting automating reporting workflows where possible using advanced tools and technologies

Ki is a Lloyd's of London syndicate for providing capital and accepting insurance risks, and was built as a collaboration between Google and specialised insurer Brit. It claims to offer the fastest route for brokers to receive a quote for their clients on the Lloyd's market.
Now the company is closing out a big chapter with a bold step forward. After separating from Brit, Ki is now ready to operate as its own company within the Fairfax Group and it has also teamed up with QBE to boost capacity across 11 major business lines, so brokers have even more access to quality cover through its digital platform.
