Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Sound knowledge of compensation & benefits programs/training & development/employment law
- Strong data analytical skills to identify/adapt core HR functions (e.g., recruiting/compensation/performance evaluation)
- Excellent ability to manage HRIS systems & design training programs
- Proficiency in SPSS & advanced Excel
What the job involves
- The primary responsibility of this role is to support business partnership/planning by translating business goals into human capital strategies and serve as a lead for HR processes, manage HR operations/total rewards administration & drive talent development/global HR-systems adaptation
- Analyze team data to provide insight for enhancing team structure, optimizing talent flow & supporting organizational planning
- Oversee HRIS system integrity & implement automated workflows/data management
- Design compensation/benefits structures, including specialized retirement vehicles (e.g., 401k/RSUs) & flexible benefit plans
- Guide managers/employees on multiple-state employment laws/regulations while resolving associated issues
- Identify team performance issues & design/deliver training programs to improve employees’ skills, knowledge & leadership capabilities
