Role
Who you are
- This role requires someone with a solid design foundation, taste, and experience working on creative projects from start to finish, either in-house or at an agency
- At least 3+ years of professional experience in brand and creative design, either in-house or at an agency
- A strong foundation in design principles, including typography, colour, and layout
- Familiarity with design technologies and creative production processes
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with an obsessive attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects effectively
- The ability to adapt your creative approach depending on a project’s scale, requirements, and deadlines
- Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite is essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and articulate your ideas and design solutions clearly
- A proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and to be comfortable giving and receiving feedback
- Fluency in English is required (C1 level or higher)

- As a Brand Designer at TravelPerk, you'll help define and elevate the TravelPerk brand
- . You'll be responsible for creating engaging and high-impact visual assets that effectively communicate our value across channels and regions
- You'll get to work on everything from brand campaigns to events, collaborating with teams across the business
- Showing good taste, being flexible and inventive, and being ready to juggle priorities and manage quick turnarounds will be key to your success
- In return, you will have opportunities to grow your skills and take on more ownership as you progress
- Design and produce a wide range of creative assets for both internal and external audiences, including brand campaigns, social media content, and events
- Ensure that our brand identity guidelines are upheld to the highest standard and applied consistently across all your work
- Contribute to the development of scalable visual identity systems, templates, and playbooks to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business goals into effective design solutions
- Manage your workload effectively and deliver high-quality work on time in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to the creative development process by staying current with design trends and technologies

Although business travellers are often at the forefront of driving company growth, booking travel is typically a logistical nightmare as corporate travel tools are underdeveloped and stuck way in the past. TravelPerk has built a platform free from micromanagement, creating an experience that puts business travellers first.
TravelPerk's number of active users has grown year on year. Further, as well as more customers using the platform, those on it are using it more regularly. This is a clear signal that TravelPerk has a product-market fit and is in scaling mode. The company has more than 2,000 customers, including scaleups like GetYourGuide, Breilting, Aesop and Medskin.
According to TravelPerk, its unit economics are strong already, which puts it in a good position to grow without diluting itself too much through investment. The company is still innovating and is planning to release more products that will give the business traveller more freedom and flexibility than ever before. A US expansion included the 2024 acquisition of AmTrav, whilst the acquisition of AI spend management leader Yokoy in Europe indicates a period of international scaling. Further exemplifying this is its Series E funding of $200 million awarded in 2025, which raised TravelPerk's valuation to $2.7 billion and will help it continue its growth.
