Who you are
- Experienced PPC Specialist with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience within an in-house Marketing team or a specialist PPC or digital agency
- B2B experience
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, increasing ROAS
- Multi-channel PPC experience, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms
- Strong understanding of keyword research and competitive analysis
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to self-motivate and thrive in a remote work setting
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Strong collaboration abilities
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about what you do, love doing it and get results

What the job involves
- The PPC Specialist is responsible for creating, optimising, and managing our PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC tools

- Develop and execute effective PPC strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and opportunities for expansion
- Create and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Optimize campaigns to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other PPC-specific analytics tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising
- Collaborate with the Head of Demand Generation and other team members to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement
- Stay informed about changes in PPC platforms' algorithms, policies, and features to ensure compliance and take advantage of new opportunities

Omnipresent practices what it preaches too, with a 10x growth of its remote workforce in 2021 and a Series B funding round the following year that is helping it to build out its products and services, alongside geographic expansion.
