Get your hands dirty: In true startup fashion, you’ll dive into different areas when needed, showing flexibility and a problem-solving mindset

It provides an online platform as an alternative to recruitment agencies, which is the only online platform accredited by the UK's Department of Education, helping schools fill staffing needs quickly and cost-effectively. Schools using the platform have reportedly saved 20-30% on supply cover costs.

Zen also operates Zen Locum, a service aimed at solving similar problems for pharmacies and opticians. This has already seen high uptake with over 500 new joiners a month.
