- Drive growth by matching locums to the perfect role and helping them get into work
- Build the supply pool by increasing the number of new verified locums on the platform
- Own the locum journey helping welcome locums to Zen, get them through vetting & compliance and ensuring they have great outcomes
- Collaborate across teams – from sales to product – to continuously improve our offering and deliver value to pharmacies
- Get your hands dirty: In true startup fashion, you’ll dive into different areas when needed, showing flexibility and a problem-solving mindset

With UK schools under immense financial pressure, Zen Educate is providing a smarter approach to education staffing. Recruitment in schools often relies on inefficient and expensive practices. Zen Educate is focused on tackling the pain points in the industry and providing a way to ensure schools get the best teachers possible.
It provides an online platform as an alternative to recruitment agencies, which is the only online platform accredited by the UK's Department of Education, helping schools fill staffing needs quickly and cost-effectively. Schools using the platform have reportedly saved 20-30% on supply cover costs. Zen Educate aims to save the education system £14 million per year by 2024 with its smarter approach.
Zen also operates Zen Locum, a service aimed at solving similar problems for pharmacies and opticians. Offering higher rates and greater flexibility than bigger locum health services such as Tesco Pharmacy, it has already seen high uptake with over 500 new joiners a month.
