Who you are
- Proven track record delivering on marketing KPIs and growing audiences
- Social media marketing experience and knowledge across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
- Experience managing a website via a CMS like WordPress
- Experience with CRM systems
- Email marketing experience (MailChimp and Pardot knowledge an asset)
- Great English language and copy writing skills
- Startup mentality with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Active interest in tech, startups, and entrepreneurship
- Passion for delivering cutting-edge marketing campaigns for innovative concepts
What the job involves
- As Marketing Coordinator at Tech Nation, you'll be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge marketing campaigns and digital engagement strategies for Tech Nation's scaleup programmes, events, and the Global Talent Visa endorsement programme
- Your key role will involve seamless collaboration with our Marketing Manager and programme leads, contributing significantly to our exciting initiatives for 2024 and beyond
- Craft and launch dynamic multi-channel marketing campaigns across programmes, events, and report launches
- Drive timely delivery of key messaging, digital marketing assets, and campaign deliverables
- Develop persuasive and impactful copy for various marketing channels and materials, including email campaigns, brochures/PDFs, social media content, and the Tech Nation website
- Create eye-catching marketing assets that leap off the screen, such as PDF brochures and social media visuals
- Track and monitor campaign progress against KPIs and populate monthly marketing reports
- Enhance and refresh website content/copy to showcase Tech Nation’s products and initiatives with optimal SEO
- Command Tech Nation's vibrant social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, posting regularly to these platforms and fostering a lively community
- Activate targeted email campaigns, managing data sets, email templates, HTML email design and message copy
- Configure event registration and lead generation forms
- Work alongside the Tech Nation team, cohort members and guests onsite at events, helping manage photographers and videographers onsite and feeding into live social media coverage of the events
- Collaborate on the development of marketing materials for new Tech Nation programmes and products
