Growth Product Manager, Function

• We are seeking a confident, competent, and gritty Growth Product Manager to join our dynamic team

• At least 8+ years of product management with 5 years of direct experience operating in growth and monetization facets of product management. This includes a strong track record in developing and executing growth strategies for various products from the ground up (0-1 phase)
• The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in a rigorous metrics-driven environment. Experience should include deep involvement in setting up and leading robust experimentation and A/B testing processes to drive product decisions and improvements
• Background at a company with strong analytical rigor and a structured approach to product management. This background ensures familiarity with high standards of operational excellence and metric-based product development
• Proven ownership of the growth domain with quantifiable results (e.g., conversion rates, engagement metrics, or other key growth KPIs)
• Deep understanding of product development lifecycle and experience in managing complex projects
