Role

Who you are

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience selling multi product technology/SAAS solutions
  • Results-driven with experience achieving agreed revenue targets- able to demonstrate your level of performance against peers in previous roles – e.g. top performer, elite club winner etc
  • Excellent presentation skills and credibility to manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working within a scale up or high growth tech business would benefit this role
  • An understanding of technology and practical application of this within a health/care setting would be an advantage

What the job involves

  • Due to business growth, we are recruiting for a Business Development Manager
  • As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth
  • You will be joining our highly successful sales team who are passionate about helping care providers to provide better quality of care through adopting proven digital transformation
  • With experience in direct software sales, you will develop and execute strategies to expand the company's market presence and achieve long-term business objectives
  • Manage and build relationships with prospects at a senior level
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals
  • Identify opportunities to sell the full portfolio of PCS products and services
  • Develop and deliver compelling demos to potential customers
  • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve sales targets​​​​
  • Maintain CRM systems (HubSpot and DealHub) with accurate sale information
