Merchant Support Associate, Lopay

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role (phone, email, live chat, or in-person)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure
• Comfortable working with technology, including CRM systems, live chat platforms, and ticketing tools
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
