What the job involves
- This is an exciting opportunity within Transactional Banking
- You’ll play a leading role in providing high-quality administrative support, including complex diary management
- You’ll help coordinate meetings, manage logistics, and ensure that priorities are aligned to strategic goals
- This is a demanding role where you'll provide direct support to the Head of Transaction Banking Products who requires a highly motivated person looking to work in a fast-paced environment and complete a variety of ad hoc tasks to support their agenda
- We’re looking for someone who can plan and prioritise, remains calm under pressure, a strong communicator including with senior leaders, who has a proven and working understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint), and who pays attention to detail
- Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract
