What the job involves
- As a Legal Product Specialist within the Customer Success organization at Harvey, you will own value realization for Harvey’s end users – attorneys and partners at the world’s leading law firms
- Your experience as a working attorney will help you to identify customer-centric use cases for how Harvey can transform the practice of law
- You will also play a key role in understanding customer needs which will help shape the future of Harvey’s product solutions
- As the Harvey product evolves, you will play a central role in keeping Harvey users up to speed on how to use Harvey optimally
- Onboarding: Integrate Harvey into customer workflows, guide administrators with data-backed best practices, ensure optimal use of our AI solutions
- Training & Enablement: Champion the power of Harvey as you meet with end users and position Harvey as essential to strategic legal work
- Relationships: Build strategic relationships with key partners and influential attorneys within Harvey customer organizations, driving advocacy and adoption
- Success Metrics: Align with customers on adoption rates, measurable value, and positive AI experiences to ensure customer value realization and ROI
- Expansion and Renewal: Collaborate with CSMs and Account Executives to maintain high adoption rates of Harvey and to drive expansion readiness
- Product Feedback: Represent customer needs internally and relay insights back to Product and Engineering, continuously improving the Harvey platform

Via natural language instructions, Harvey helps draft and analyze legal documents. It can also answer complex questions across large document sets, or even handle research queries that cover multiple domains in legal, regulatory and tax.
Its ability to support legal practitioners as if it's another member of the team is what makes Harvey particularly interesting. This approach has seen the company raise substantial funding, reaching Unicorn status in 2024. Funds will be used to expand to new geographies, grow headcount and further collect and curate data to train more “domain-specific” AI models.
