• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in one of the following disciplines: Business, Management, Accounting or any related fields
• Great organisational and analytical skills. You should have experience with Excel/Sheets and building CSV files, and it’s a huge bonus if you have experience on reporting with SQL to make data-informed decisions
• You've been involved in the hiring, onboarding and training of new joiners, and know how to motivate and get the best out of others at work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You have a knack for writing clearly and concisely, while also feeling comfortable speaking with key stakeholders, at various levels, in/out of the business
• You learn fast and can work autonomously. You can remove your own roadblocks, manage competing priorities and be decisive without having all the information
• Ideally, you know the startup space, and you get energy from being in a fast-paced environment. You’re able to adapt, be flexible and collaborate, even when the processes aren’t 100%. You’re just keen to get stuck in and make things happen

• Identifying opportunities for efficiencies and improvements in how we operate
• Inventory management from CSVs creation to upload, monitoring new listings & logistics/ tracking inventory movements across all POS
• Order management and customer service
• Supporting on budgeting
• Reporting (inventory, investor, partner reports)
• Supplier terms (re)negotiations and monthly cost analysis
• Negotiate and finalise deals in accordance with the company’s contract guidelines and policies
• Market research – competitor & category – to support key team members scoping opportunities
• General admin & database organization including attending meetings and creating action reports
• Support the CERCLE team at events when needed
