Who you are

Regrello is seeking talented and highly motivated US-based Machine Learning Researchers to join our AI-research team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformers as well as emerging deep learning architectures. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in developing creative solutions that address the complex challenges faced in the manufacturing and supply chain domain
PhD in Computer Science / quantitative field and a 3.5+ GPA or 5+ years of industry or post-Masters experience developing, building, and deploying Deep Learning models
Strong research background in designing architectures for sequence modeling, such as transformers, graphical neural networks, and state space models
Proficiency with Python and PyTorch, Tensorflow, or JAX
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
A strong desire to learn, grow, and drive impact on real global problems—and to help others around you do the same
Non-requirement: You don't need any experience with supply chain or manufacturing—we'll teach you that part!

What the job involves

In this role, you will conduct ground-breaking research on tabular modeling with real-world impact alongside other top tier machine learning researchers and software engineers. Your primary focus will be our novel foundational deep learning model that is specifically designed for processing large, complex tabular datasets
This is an individual contributor role, with the potential to take on additional responsibilities in the future
Develop, implement, and deploy AI models to solve real-world complex problems in global supply chain and manufacturing
Apply and build upon state-of-the-art machine learning technologies, stay-up-to-date with current developments in the AI field, and use your expertise to inspire AI applications across the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Product Management, and industry experts to build high-quality product features that can be used by major companies around the world
Take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed, and be an enthusiastic team player in a dynamic startup environment
Help shape the company by participating in hiring decisions and contributing to our culture of continuous learning and growth

Integration with Agentforce and Slack gives Regrello immediate scale, while also reinforcing Salesforce's push to make agentic orchestration a core layer of enterprise workflows as AI moves from the experimentation phase into production.
