Role
Who you are
- Regrello is seeking talented and highly motivated US-based Machine Learning Researchers to join our AI-research team
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformers as well as emerging deep learning architectures. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in developing creative solutions that address the complex challenges faced in the manufacturing and supply chain domain
- PhD in Computer Science / quantitative field and a 3.5+ GPA or 5+ years of industry or post-Masters experience developing, building, and deploying Deep Learning models
- Strong research background in designing architectures for sequence modeling, such as transformers, graphical neural networks, and state space models
- Proficiency with Python and PyTorch, Tensorflow, or JAX
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and drive impact on real global problems—and to help others around you do the same
- Non-requirement: You don't need any experience with supply chain or manufacturing—we'll teach you that part!
What the job involves
- In this role, you will conduct ground-breaking research on tabular modeling with real-world impact alongside other top tier machine learning researchers and software engineers. Your primary focus will be our novel foundational deep learning model that is specifically designed for processing large, complex tabular datasets
- This is an individual contributor role, with the potential to take on additional responsibilities in the future
- Develop, implement, and deploy AI models to solve real-world complex problems in global supply chain and manufacturing
- Apply and build upon state-of-the-art machine learning technologies, stay-up-to-date with current developments in the AI field, and use your expertise to inspire AI applications across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Product Management, and industry experts to build high-quality product features that can be used by major companies around the world
- Take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed, and be an enthusiastic team player in a dynamic startup environment
- Help shape the company by participating in hiring decisions and contributing to our culture of continuous learning and growth

Regrello is a workflow automation company specializing in the manufacturing industry. A former advisor at McKinsey & Company, Aman Naimat capitalized on his experience working with investors to enhance the company as an attractive prospect to them. Stakeholder visibility comes first, meaning that those with shares in the company using Regrello’s platform will have first-hand access to supply chain and operational statuses and insights.
With the clunky nature of Excel spreadsheets, Regrello is not the first company to automate workflow and create software to streamline actions, but it does have a niche in the market - manufacturing and distribution companies.
With funding from Dell Technologies, Regrello has bagged customers like Desktop Metal, a 3D printing company innovating the industry. This mix of large investors and forward-thinking clients means that as Regrello grows, it's in a good position to keep ahead of the competition.
