Who you are
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in managing lead lists
- Strong organisational skills to handle high call volumes and maintain accurate records
- Resilient and motivated, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- A team player, yet able to work independently towards personal and team goals
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to persevere, making a high volume of calls daily
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills, able to engage and intrigue potential clients
- Resilience: Capacity to handle rejection and persist in the face of challenges
- Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed quotas and objectives

- As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Everest, you will be a key player in driving our mission forward by engaging with potential clients through cold calling
- Your role involves making 100 dials a day, working with provided lead lists to generate interest and create opportunities for our executive support services
- This position requires a blend of perseverance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
- This role is crucial within the Growth department, acting as the initial point of contact between Everest and potential clients
- Your success in this position directly contributes to the growth and operational excellence of Everest, supporting our overall strategy and enhancing our market presence
- Conduct 100 cold calls daily to potential clients, utilizing provided lead lists
- Effectively communicate Everest's value proposition to spark interest and generate leads
- Schedule appointments or demos between potential clients and the sales team
- Maintain detailed records of calls, including follow-ups and client information, in our CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for leads and appointments set
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Participate in regular training and team meetings to align strategies and improve techniques
