Senior Marketing Manager, Blockstream

• The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on marketer with expertise in content-driven growth, digital campaigns, and brand building
• 6+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, fintech, Bitcoin, or consumer tech
• Experience in multi-audience marketing, engaging both institutional and consumer/retail segments
• Strong expertise in content marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, and brand storytelling to drive audience engagement and brand growth
• Deep understanding of Bitcoin, self-custody, institutional finance, and fintech trends - you should be able to communicate why Bitcoin matters to different audiences
• Ability to translate technical or financial concepts into compelling marketing materials that resonate across different buyer personas

• We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to execute brand positioning, content strategy, and marketing initiatives that elevate Blockstream’s global reputation among developers, institutions, financial professionals, and Bitcoin users
• This role will be instrumental in developing high-quality, multi-channel campaigns that educate, inform, and inspire audiences across all Blockstream products and solutions
• This person will work closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications to ensure that Blockstream’s brand narrative is clear, compelling, and impactful
• This role reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications and will collaborate closely with the Head of PR, product teams, and business development
• Execute marketing initiatives to position Blockstream as the leader in Bitcoin infrastructure and financial technology
• Help develop and execute brand campaigns across digital, content, and paid media channels
• Ensure messaging consistency across developer, enterprise, and consumer segments, aligning with Blockstream’s branding
• Lead content execution, including blog posts, newsletters, white papers, and social media content
• Develop education-first content that resonates with both institutional and retail audiences, explaining Bitcoin infrastructure, financial use cases, and product benefits
• Repurpose key insights into high-impact digital assets, including short-form content, visuals, and reports
• Manage and optimize multi-channel paid and organic campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Bitcoin media, etc.)
• Own SEO and performance-driven content marketing to increase search discoverability and organic brand growth
• Work with product and business teams to align lead-generation campaigns with growth objectives
• Support Bitcoin community engagement efforts to drive user adoption of consumer products
• Track brand awareness, engagement, and campaign performance to refine future initiatives
• Report on search trends, audience segmentation, and demand generation metrics
• Align with business development and product teams to measure marketing impact on lead generation and revenue growth
