What the job involves
- The role will come with a mix of responsibilities, including executive support, personal assistance, social media management, and content creation
- The successful candidate will work directly with Gregg Lehrman and be an integral part of the team
- This role will provide you a significant amount of visibility within the industry and is a very unique opportunity for the right individual
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, travel arrangements and expense management
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Manage personal tasks and errands for the CEO as needed
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase the company's online presence
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms
- Research podcasts, topics and personalities. Prepare briefs for CEO
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with the CEO and creative team to plan and create video content for social media
- Assist in shooting, editing, and post-production of video content
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual appeal of content
- Ensure video content aligns with the company's brand and message

The company claims to be behind music created by and for famous names including Rihanna, Drake, Justin Timberlake, and Kendrick Lamar.
Founded by music composer Gregg Lehrman, the brand started by offering basic software for music makers working outside of a studio. The service has seen significant uptake from hobbyists and music enthusiasts, with a large portion of the company's income coming from Arcade, a database of music samples available for a monthly subscription fee.
Other providers such as Splice and Noiz exist and offer access to a library of music samples, but Output has now taken a more holistic approach. What started as software has now expanded into a suite of products, including instruments and even customised furniture. An AI music "co-producer" to spark creativity was launched in 2024, indicating Output's continued push for innovation.
