Business Development Representative, UpSlide

Desirable

• You’ll work closely with the Business Development team to seek out new business opportunities and start meaningful conversations with potential clients in the UK and beyond. We leverage smart strategies and channels to deliver high-impact results
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients
• Work closely with the senior business development team to strategize on key accounts
• Develop creative and compelling outbound messaging for our prospects
• Define and implement intelligent outbound campaigns – reaching out to prospects via multiple channels: email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and more
• Identify and target new business opportunities and contacts, securing initial meetings with senior executives
• Lead discovery calls with our prospects to understand their processes, challenges, and priorities
• Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
• Provide support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process
• Look for opportunities to innovate and optimize our lead generation framework
• Familiarise yourself with UpSlide’s solution and complete a comprehensive onboarding plan
• Take ownership of outbound campaigns (calling, emailing, LinkedIn), showcasing creativity to optimize your efficiency and effectiveness
• Handle client/prospect interactions, leading and contributing to calls and meetings with senior executives

• In-person interview with the Country Manager, Henry. This will also include a role play
