Role
Who you are
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging prospects and building relationships
- A proactive and resilient mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong research and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and craft personalized approaches
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.io
- An understanding of AI-powered tools, digital marketing, or creative industries is a plus
What the job involves
- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving Lightricks’ growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, introducing them to our AI-powered solutions, and positioning our products to meet their specific needs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and product, you will be at the forefront of driving demand for Lightricks' innovative platforms
- This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your efforts will directly impact the company’s success
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through strategic outreach efforts, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging, tailored product demonstrations that effectively showcase the unique capabilities and benefits of LTX Studio and other Lightricks products
- Value Proposition Articulation: Clearly communicate Lightricks’ value proposition and product offerings, tailoring messaging to align with individual client needs and business challenges
- Pipeline Management: Proactively manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation of all interactions, and seamless progression through the sales funnel
- Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and outreach strategies, optimizing processes for quality leads and improved conversion rates
- Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for lead qualification, product demonstrations, and pipeline contributions, driving measurable business impact

All their apps are free, but offer in-app paid subscription plans that unlock functionality. With 40 million monthly users and over 550 million downloads worldwide, Lightricks gained unicorn status back in July 2019.
Lightricks have recently expanded into creator services through their acquisition of Popular pays (connecting creators with brands). This acquisition is the company's first step towards becoming a single resource for creators and brands alike.
With a growing range of photo and video editing tools such as Facetune, Videoleap and Photoleap which have incorporated facial recognition and generative AI features, the company is well poised to serve the growing demand for intuitive and user-friendly content creation software.
