Who you are
- Have full-stack expertise across Python, React, and SQL (dbt a strong plus)
- Understand software design, testing, and deployment practices

What the job involves
- We're scaling fast across London, Mumbai, and Austin – and we're now looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Engineering Team to support the growth of the business through all things full-stack development, system reliability, and scalable architecture
- As a Software Engineer at Fospha, you’ll own problems end-to-end — across the stack, across the lifecycle, and across teams
- You’ll design, build, and scale core systems in Python, React, SQL, and dbt, contributing to the foundation that powers all of Fospha’s products
- This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the future of our engineering practices
- Design and deliver full-stack features, from backend APIs to frontend interfaces
- Contribute to the reliability and scalability of our data and application platforms
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Data teams to deliver with quality and speed
- Write maintainable, testable, production-grade code
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
- Continuously improve tooling, automation, and developer experience
