Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on sectors like EHNS platforms, Business Insights tools, or related areas in the risk management industry
- Strong skills in account mapping and multi-threaded pursuits in large enterprises
- Proficiency in Salesforce is crucial
- A consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience in selling to operations and safety departments in large-scale organizations, preferably Fortune 500 companies
What the job involves
- The role will be concentrated in the East Region of the USA, targeting states like New York, Florida, and Massachusetts
- We're looking for a Regional Director of Sales with a robust background in technology sales, particularly in sectors such as EHNS platforms, Business Insights tools, or similar solutions within the risk management domain
- This role is crucial for our expansion into operations and safety departments of Fortune 500 companies
- Spearhead new business development initiatives, focusing on establishing and nurturing client relationships
- Target and manage a list of 25 key regional accounts, alongside ICP inbound opportunities
- Implement account mapping and multi-threaded pursuit strategies for large enterprise penetration
- Utilize Salesforce for comprehensive commercial operations management
- Maintain continuous communication with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle
- Compile and analyze data to identify industry trends in a competitive and rapidly evolving market
