Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in commercial intelligence, market research, data analysis, or a related field
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial operations
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
What the job involves
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial metrics
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to support business
- Participate in regular reviews of business performance, providing insights into successes and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with key stakeholders, interpret data, provide data-driven recommendations, and help with strategic decision-making
- Work closely with Regional Operation Mangers to design and implement analytics reports/dashboard to support day-to-day operations
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate actionable recommendations to address specific challenges
- Interpret data and decipher trends and insights for further analysis. Analyze commercial data from various sources to identify patterns, correlations, and actionable insights
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
- Use predictive analytics to identify potential opportunities and risks
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in intelligence tools, techniques, and technologies, and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate
- Act as a subject matter expert on intelligence tools, methodologies, and best practices, and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed
