Senior Product Designer, Unity

• Product Design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on mobile application design and/or administration tools
• Able to understand and follow a design system and contribute to it when necessary
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Strong skills in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing. Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and intuitive UX solutions
• Portfolio of product design highlighting strong user research, user experience design, interaction design, and visual design

• As a Senior Product Designer at Unity, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our ad monetization platform, ensuring it is intuitive, efficient, and meets the complex needs of our publishers, advertisers, and end-users across the mobile gaming ecosystem
• Your work will directly influence the usability and success of features and tools that optimize monetization strategies and deepen engagement in live service games

• Express ideas and concepts through strong and clear visual/verbal communication skills and the ability to present those ideas to senior stakeholders
• Produce usable components for the cross-functional development teams to integrate into the product itself
