  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience successfully leading successful full sales cycle sales teams in a remote environment
  • 4+ years progressive experience in full-cycle sales, preferably in SaaS or tech startups
  • Proven track record leading teams of 5+ Account Executives to successfully achieving performance targets
  • Experience with SMB and mid-marketsales in subscription-based business models
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to motivate and develop sales talent
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce) and data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated success in pipeline management, sales coaching, and accurate forecasting

What the job involves

  • To backfill a vacancy left by a recent internal promotion, Momence is seeking an adept sales team leader for US-based AEs serving small to mid-sized businesses in the Americas
  • As Sales Manager (SMB and Mid-Market) at Momence, you'll build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, and serve as the driving force behind our subscription revenue growth, focusing on strategic team development, process optimization, and energizing sales leadership
  • We're considering candidates residing in the United States who can work effectively in U.S. time zones
  • Lead and develop a US-based team of 7-9 Account Executives to exceed targets through regular syncs, team stand-ups, and personalized 1:1 coaching
  • Drive performance by setting clear, motivating goals, tracking key metrics, and providing actionable feedback that elevates individual and team results
  • Optimize sales processes to increase efficiency, shorten sales cycles, and boost conversion rates
  • Coach your team on effective prospecting, qualification techniques, and closing strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation and improve SQL-to-close conversion
  • Ensure CRM excellence by maintaining data integrity for accurate performance tracking and insightful leadership reporting
  • Provide strategic forecasting to senior leadership with transparent communication about pipeline health and team performance
  • Stay ahead of market trends to continuously evolve your team's sales approach and maintain competitive advantage
  • Focus entirely on team performance to ensure your Account Executives meet and exceed targets
