Who you are
- Strong FP&A business partnering experience; familiarity with Anaplan strongly preferred
- Experience administering and designing sales compensation plans
- Experience with deal desk functions including order form creation, red-lining, deal term calculations for quota/company reporting purposes

What the job involves
- The Finance Team at Domino is a small and nimble team empowering Sales, Marketing, R&D and Customer Success to deliver high quality software to our complex customer base.
- We are looking for an experienced individual that thrives on providing excellent support to the sales, product, finance and legal teams. We are looking for an agile, problem solver to support a small team with far reaching impacts to the broader business
- Maintain the financial model for the company and perform regular forecast updates in collaboration with different leaders from around the company
- Administer and design all GTM compensation plans for the company including Sales, Professional Services and Customer Success
- Emerge as a consistent, responsive voice of our deal desk function
- Evaluate and improve existing processes as needed
