Who you are

- 4+ years of applicable customer success/account management experience gained within population health, digital health, and healthcare
- Ability to develop strategic customer strategies to support customer growth and retention
- Proven track record exceeding ARR goals and client satisfaction across a book of business
- A strong team player who can work with multiple functions within the company with the ability to effectively escalate to leadership matters that have a strategic impact
- Stellar written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and easily adaptable to change
- Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and thrives in fast-paced environments; start-up experience highly preferred
What the job involves
- The Senior Manager, Client Success is a critical member of the Customer Success team, leading the company’s strong mission to make Hello Heart’s users healthy and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Lead Hello Heart’s key accounts with end-to-end ownership of client lifecycle for Fortune 500 clients, including, but not limited to member adoption, account retention and growth
- Strong executive presence with ability to present the Hello Heart value proposition
- Own all aspects of customer renewals, revenue retention, and growth
- Develop relationships with customers at the senior and C-Suite level that provide insight into their company goals and strategies
- Contribute to product roadmap planning, providing an important customer and user voice, work with the product team on identifying the ideal user experience, and champion new product offerings with your customers

Hello Heart is a medical tech company that helps its users achieve lifestyle changes that will reduce their risk of heart disease, using artificial intelligence, behavioral science, a digital coaching app and connected monitoring tools to achieve this
Hello Heart is offered as a service to individuals via its app and to employers and health insurance who can offer it as a perk to their employees or customers. While other solutions exist, such as a plethora of health-related, gamified apps and coaching services, Hello Heart is somewhat unique with its membership of the American Heart Association's Innovator's Network, giving its solution a great deal of credibility compared to its rivals. Indeed, Hello Heart drives down health care costs by almost $2,000 a year per user, which has led to it being offered as a perk by companies such as Delta Airlines and Northwestern Mutual.
The company has raised a significant amount of funding, most recently in 2022 which saw it closing a Series D round. It is currently focusing on R&D efforts to improve the AI underpinning its technology, allowing it to add new and more thorough health tracking and coaching capabilities. With a popular and effective solution to a growing problem, Hello Heart is well poised to continue its run of success.
