Senior UX Researcher, Booksy

• 4–7 years of practical experience in UX or applied research, including at least 3 years on a large-scale, multinational technology product
• A relevant degree in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, or another related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and synthesize research using multiple qualitative and quantitative methods
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly to non-research stakeholders
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish

• As a UX Researcher, your purpose will be to help Booksy build a deep understanding of our customers and deliver a market-leading product experience
• You’ll lead the planning and execution of research initiatives using interviews, observations, surveys, usability studies, and other methods to generate actionable insights
• You will synthesize data from across the business, align stakeholders on customer understanding, and drive decisions that directly impact product strategy
• You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, analysts, and engineers to ensure research supports business goals.
• You will communicate findings clearly, champion the customer perspective in internal discussions, and mentor non-researchers in engaging with customers.
