Accounts Payable Accountant, WorkMotion

• Several years of professional experience dealing with Accounts Payable and proven education in Finance / Accounting
• Ability to manage high volumes of transactions with exceptional accuracy and efficiency in combination with an extraordinary service attitude towards internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in processing of the reimbursement of the travel expenses
• Detailed knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger coding, cost centre structures, and intercompany recharges
• Experience with accounting software and good excel/spreadsheet skills required
• Excellent English language skills

• Our Accounts Payable team is looking for detail-oriented, highly organised, and motivated individual to join us as an Accounts Payable Accountant
• In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure that all vendor bills are booked accurately and paid timely
• You will be responsible for processing all purchase invoices and booking them in the accounting system
• You will be managing vendor payments to ensure that payment terms are honored
• You will be managing the process of the reimbursement of the travel expenses
• You will be collaborating with external parties to perform the open balance reconciliation
• You will be collaborating with other departments to ensure that the all the vendor bills paid with the credit cards are collected timely
