Role
Who you are
- Deep knowledge of selling a SaaS B2B product with proven methodologies like MEDDIC
- Exposure to some of the top AI professionals (the most exciting and fast-paced industry)
- The ability to prospect and sell software in a high-paced environment
- Proficiency in sales tools such as SalesForce.com, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and more
- You have at least 2 year of experience as an Enterprise SDR
- You have a high level of English and ideally mother tongue of another European language (German preferred)
- You are familiar with outreaching to a tech audience and are confident in speaking about technology
- You are “target driven” and can handle a sales quota (monthly/quarterly SQLs)
- You are a “hunter” by nature -- you thrive on making things happen from nothing
- Salesforce and outreach experience a big plus
- You have an internal motivation and drive to succeed in a challenging environment
- You are willing to learn in a fast-paced sales environment from the EMEA Leadership
- You possess the ability to embrace feedback and improve
- You hold yourself accountable for “a business within a business”
- You show an eagerness to learn technology basics
- You are willing and able to do heavy prospecting at scale
- You are a hard worker with a strong sense of urgency
What the job involves
- As a Sales Development Representative at Run:AI, you will be responsible for generating new and high-quality pipeline for our direct sales channel in the EMEA territory
- Using a comprehensive sales technology suite, you will engage daily in strategic research of the AI Deep Learning Infrastructure space to determine the best companies/organizations and personas for engagement with our product
- You will work directly with our EMEA sales teams to produce and deliver effective outreach strategies through a variety of channels, including: phone calls, emailing, direct mail, LinkedIn and other social media, and events/networking
- You will gain access to the brave new world of AI as well as the B2B SaaS space, not to mention honing critical sales skills and techniques
- Generate new, high-quality sales qualified prospects for our company
- Meet all key performance metrics and goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Research and target exciting new accounts (companies and other relevant organizations)
- Use all available sales data to recognize trends and drive outreach decisions
- Create successful cold calling and email campaigns targeting new prospects
- Learn our industry and product inside out
- Learn how to sell the Run:AI platform to prospective customers
- Gain proficiency in various tools, in particular Outreach, Salesforce.com and ZoomInfo
- Work with a close-knit team of talented sales leaders who will support you in your professional growth

The understanding of AI capabilities is growing by the day though remains fairly intimidating for many companies, even though its possibilities could be transformational for business. Run:AI is a platform designed to help just that.
The company was founded by two avid ML & DL researchers noticing the gap in understanding and compute power. Run:AI’s appealing factor is its end-to-end infrastructure for companies to then deploy, creating a very attractive simple resource to obtain for their business.
Founded in 2018 the company has won several awards including being in the 2021 AI top 100. Run:AI has acquired a substantial amount of funding over it’s lifetime which has seen it through several successful partnerships and continues to support humanity’s development through AI. The company saw a 9x increase in Annual Recurring Revenue between 2022 and 2023, speaking to the success and fast scaling of the business. It’ll be exciting to see how this continues.
