We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Customer Outbound Enterprise, Customer Outbound Strategic, and New Business Outbound Mid-Market groups
1+ year of experience prospecting into upmarket companies, demonstrating a strong ability to uncover opportunities and engaging decision-makers
Professional communication and writing skills to articulate the value of the ZoomInfo product suite
The ability to assess prospects’ needs, personalize your outreach, and uncover high-probability opportunities that align with their business challenges
Experience creating, executing, and maintaining a well-structured prospecting plan that drives results
An eagerness to understand market trends, customer pain points, and organizational changes to improve the effectiveness of your outreach
Experience with go-to-market (GTM) technologies like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is a plus
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and always thinking of new ways to drive engagement and pipeline

What the job involves

ZoomInfo is actively hiring Sales Development Representatives across multiple dynamic teams, offering exciting opportunities to join our fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
As an SDR at ZoomInfo, you'll play a critical role in driving pipeline and revenue growth by identifying and engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and supporting the success of our sales organization
This is a great opportunity to launch or grow your career in sales while making a direct impact at a leading go-to-market intelligence platform
Prospect into new and existing customers to expand relationship and build a sales pipeline for a Account Executives and Account Managers
Articulate the ZoomInfo value proposition by educating prospective leads on our full suite of solutions
Focus on the value that ZoomInfo brings to an organization vs. just the technical functionality by understanding the pain points that prospective customers are currently experiencing among their Sales, Marketing, Operations and Recruiting teams
Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to identify new sales and expansion opportunities
Create trust and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders

It was only a few years ago when B2B sales teams relied on warm introductions and contact books. Now, cloud-based CRM, automation and Big Data are critical tools for any selling process. ZoomInfo’s B2B contact base has played a massive part in that journey.

The company primarily helps salespeople find potential customers. Crucially, ZoomInfo then leverages technology to help make that approach as successful as possible. Think contact details of the most likely budget holder at that company, signal for when and how to approach and crucial updates on the company’s fortunes.

ZoomInfo has grown significantly over the previous few years and is now shifting its approach to pursue more inorganic growth through mergers and acquisitions, acquiring several companies in 2022, including the job recruitment website Comparably.

The risk for ZoomInfo is that these moves represent expansion beyond its traditional strengths in top-of-funnel customer acquisition. The company will need to ensure that it maximizes synergies in order to win in these markets.
