IT Support Analyst, NTT DATA

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, documentation, and configuration of systems while ensuring seamless production support and automated process management
• Proven experience in IT support with a strong troubleshooting mindset
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL/PLSQL and batch processes
• Familiarity with SFTP, HTTPS, and protocol standards
• Hands-on experience with Windows Command Prompt and Unix Command Line

• We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team
• Day to day, the successful candidate will be responsible for management of a large suite of interfaces (i.e. automated processes), which comprise of mostly AFT and SSIS data delivery processes
• This will involve routine daily health checks of the interfaces via our client’s Control-M scheduler, and management of interface failures delivered through the ServiceNow ticketing system
• The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring/responding to queries and ad-hoc requests via our shared mailbox and will also have the opportunity to support in the preparation of documentation and requests for new processes to be built
• Support Activities: Manage troubleshooting, maintenance, documentation, installation, and configuration of systems
• Interface Management: Review new interfaces entering support and deploy new processes in the production environment
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently with a keen eye for detail
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new technologies and best practices to enhance performance
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of technical challenges
