Desirable
- Proven experience in a technology documentation specialist role
- Demonstrable experience in a fast growing startup/tech/fintech environment
- Payments & Open Banking experience is an advantage
What the job involves
- Taking ownership of Yaspa's product documentation as part of the Engineering and Product team
- Managing content within the online Developer API documentation and getting started guides
- Ensuring user-friendliness of technical and product documentation (i.e., combination of standard documentation, interactives, and video snippets)
- Collaborating with stakeholders to support project related documentation requests
- Researching, proposing and implementing customer-specific documentation solutions
- Pro-actively initiating improvements in documentation
- Developing, gathering, and disseminating technical information
- Meeting all related release, launch and documentation deadlines
- Helping document company processes into a business Process Catalogue
- You may also be expected to perform various additional tasks as necessitated to suit the needs of the business
