• Taking ownership of Yaspa's product documentation as part of the Engineering and Product team
• Managing content within the online Developer API documentation and getting started guides
• Ensuring user-friendliness of technical and product documentation (i.e., combination of standard documentation, interactives, and video snippets)
• Collaborating with stakeholders to support project related documentation requests
• Researching, proposing and implementing customer-specific documentation solutions
• Pro-actively initiating improvements in documentation
• Developing, gathering, and disseminating technical information
• Meeting all related release, launch and documentation deadlines
• Helping document company processes into a business Process Catalogue
