Associate Graphic Designer, Tricentis

• At least 2 years of experience in a corporate or commercial production environment producing visual assets
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (Keynote, and other presentation applications is a plus)
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Knowledge of technical requirements for print and digital collateral
• Solid base in typography, use of color and design concepts
• Eye for detail, especially regarding established brand guidelines for style of content
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Flexible and self-driven in a fast-paced environment
• Responsive and quick to react to new and urgent requests
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Resourceful with good problem-solving skills and flexibility to manage the unexpected
• Strong communication skills, and great team-player
• Self-motivated, adaptable, strong ethics and integrity
• Experience in digital branding, web and mobile design is appreciated

Desirable

• This role will be part of the Tricentis in-house creative team and will be directly involved in the creative design process from concept to execution reporting to the Senior Manager, Creative
• You will collaborate with colleagues throughout the company, including product marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, the website team, and others, to create high-quality creative designs that convey concepts, messages, data, and more, and do so in a way that is consistent with our brand and style guidelines
• Create high-level presentations for internal and external use
• Provide creative design services and expertise to internal stakeholders to support visual communication
• Translate communication objectives into engaging and effective visual and text layouts for a variety of digital and print assets which may include product collateral, events, advertising, websites, and videos among others
• Create templates and libraries of graphics/icons for self-service use
• Participate maintaining brand and style guidelines throughout the organization
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies
